Monet's Garden
WHAT WE'LL DO
Your guide will meet you at the station before taking the train to Vernon, Normandy. As you’re passing beautiful wheat and sunflower fields, your guide will begin to explain the history of impressionism and its founding father, Claude Monet, and the impressionist art movement. Kids will be provided with worksheets to color their own masterpieces during the train ride.
Upon arrival, you'll pick up your bikes and ride through the countryside into the village of Giverny to visit important sites and of course the gardens and home of Claude Monet. After the visit, we will cycle back and you may return to Paris on the train at your leisure.
